All about Meghan

Welcome to Little Baby Big Sleep! I am a sleep consultant based in Chicago, but I help families near and far! I am Meghan Jarzembowski, the founder and owner of Little Baby Big Sleep. I am a certified sleep consultant and received my certification through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. Here’s a little more about me!

I was 8 months pregnant with my first child and teaching a class full of kindergarteners, when a former classroom parent stopped in and dropped off a bag full of books. Among the books were a handful of baby sleep books. It hadn’t even crossed my mind that I would have to teach my baby to sleep! Needless to say, I dove right in. I read and read, did my best, but boy did those first few months give me a run for my money! He generally slept well, but when it was bad, it was BAD. I re-read and did more research and ended up sleep training my son. Fast forward almost 7 years later and now all of my kiddos are champion sleepers! My friends have dubbed my house “The Napping House” and clients refer to me as “The Sleep Witch".” I am able to get even the most stubborn kids sleeping and I love helping my clients on their journey to good sleep. I would love nothing more than to help you too!

My background is in early childhood education. I graduated from DePaul University with a bachelors degree in early childhood education, a specialty in special education, and a minor in psychology. I have 8 years of experience teaching preschool and kindergarten. This is where I saw firsthand how poor sleep can affect children. It was always so easy to tell which kids had a rough night of sleep and which kids were well rested. Giving your kids the gift of good sleep also gives them the ability to develop, grow, learn and love!

I am a Minnesota native and I love to visit frequently. I live in the Chicago suburbs with my husband Joe, and my three kiddos. When I’m not helping you sleep, I enjoy spending time with my family, eating and cooking new foods, going for nature walks with my kids, searching Trader Joe’s for yummy new surprises, and listening to podcasts!

How can I help you?
